To start with check the wiring along with wiring diagram of this motor and capacitor. May I ask why the motor and capacitor was replaced?

Fan blade hub broke loose from blade causing bearing in motor to go out . Cap recommended with motor? Contactor replaced contacts all eaten up no silver left. Wiring diagram for unit(heil) no longer readable. Think wiring on Contactor wrong but looks right .motor wires browns to capac, yellow to red line volt, black to black.

Check voltage on each leg of power entering and leaving the contactor together. Not one leg to ground. It takes 240v to make it work.

Most Heil outdoor fan motors have plug on motor leads and use a duel section run capacitor (capacitor with three terminals labeled HERM -FAN -COM ) that runs fan motor and compressor motor. What type of motor (does it have a three wire plug on motor leads?) and run capacitor (does it have two terminals or three terminals?) was used? Does the motor shaft turn freely? How old is this heil unit?
