    Probation violations
    Can someone violate probation if you move to a different address in the same state and same city without permission even if they tell the probation officer they looking for a place and they OK that's good

    If its without permission... then its without permission. They HAVE to get that permission before they actually do it...

    Or it can be considered a probation Violation. Rules are rules... You ask permission, then you get permission... until then you don't take it upon yourself to move.

    What's going to happen?
    Well I been on probation since 2009 and I got 2 1/2 years left and I was staying with my mom and I just resently moved out and I didn't tell my po I told her I was moving and she said OK that's good so I went to she her today but she wasn't there so I saw another po and I told him I moved and gave him the address and he ask did I get permission and I said I yold her I was moving but I didn't know when and he said that's not good enough so now he wants me to come and see my po Friday can I get violated on this or am I OK cause I really don't want to go back to jail

    Sure you might... the rules say you ask permission first... wait to be granted permission THEN you move.

    Doing anything else is breaking the rules and will get you violated if they wish.
