    Probation violations
Can someone violate probation if you move to a different address in the same state and same city without permission even if they tell the probation officer they looking for a place and they OK that's good

If its without permission... then its without permission. They HAVE to get that permission before they actually do it...

Or it can be considered a probation Violation. Rules are rules... You ask permission, then you get permission... until then you don't take it upon yourself to move.

Sure you might... the rules say you ask permission first... wait to be granted permission THEN you move.

Doing anything else is breaking the rules and will get you violated if they wish.
