Can I move from UK to France for a criminal record of harassment without violence?
My ex partner had me convicted for Harassment. He owed me over £5k and lied to the courts about his employment staus in order to avoid repayment. I would not accept a caution and I was consequently convicted. I now wish to move from UK to France t live. Will my conviction prevent this?
