    Simply battery family violence and criminal damage 2nd degree
    I got to arguing with my boy friend than we got to fighting I wouldn't give him his phone so he punch my car and put a dent in it so I call the police and press charges on him I want to drop the charges because he gave me the money for the damage of my car do he have to go to jail before the charges can be drop. I don't want him lock up and now he has a warrant for his arrest can you help me please

    Sorry, you can not "drop charges" you just report, and the police and/or DA press charges.

    He needs to turn his self in, and post bail. He has no other choice.
