Cancellation of custody court hearing, scotland
Hearing due to be held tomorrow, solicitor called tonight informing me case was cancelled, no reason given

Your attorney or theirs ? If it is theirs don't trust them and check with the court and be ready to be in court. Old trick, the other side tells you it is cancelled, and you don't show up, guess what you lose and they deny ever telling you.
Check with the court to be sure it is really cancelled.

My parents was cancelled twice, when I was young, they where not given reasons two,

I don't know about Georgia (or the UK), but in the rest of the 'states, an attorney could be disciplined for contacting an opposing counsel's client without OC's permission (let alone using a "trick" like that).

Was the case cancelled or the hearing postponed? There is a big difference. Did you ask your solicitor what happened? If not, then contact him for the details.
