Not a whole lot of solutions here. You will need to grind down the hump or raise the lower areas to be level. What is the difference between high and low?

If the hump's caused by the house settling and this hump is a pipe, ( my neighbor had the same problem) then you have no choice but to pour a new floor. Good luck, Tom
