Murray Lawn Tractor 46" V Twin OHV (older model 465603x92)

I cannot get this mower to release out of park. I noticed it was sticking when I would park it to pick up limbs, etc while using it. Now it will not budge out of park at all. Everything else is OK.

My Murray 42" lawn tractor started throwing off the drive belt. I replaced it and it was better for a short time. Now it's throwing the belt off again and also having trouble going into reverse. Sometimes it won't. If I go back to a forward speed and then back to reverse it usaully will engage...

Was cutting the grass and the engine stopped. Tried to restart but cannot. The battery is fine, the oil was just changed, the gas is clean and fresh, the carburetor is clean, the air filter is clean, the choke works fine, the spark plugs are clean and dry. The enine turns but won't fire up.
