My puppy is spitting up a lot--should I worry?

My puppy is a 4 week old chihuahua puppy who has been bottle fed since he was a week old and in the past 3 days he's started spitting up every time he eats but he seems fine and playful other than that and his nose is still cold and wet should I worry
