    What are the laws for abandonment in Colorado?
    My baby's sperm donor has not ever seen my daughter, but knows she is here. She is 10 months old, how can I file for abndonment and do I have to give him visitation?

    If he is the father he already has the right to visitation. He only has to go to court to enforce it.

    By the way. Since it appears you did not go to a sperm bank for artificial insemination, the term sperm donor, is offensive and inaccurate. A sperm donor is someone who donates his sperm to a clinic to help infertile woman. This was a man you CHOSE to have sex with. There were consequences to that choice. One of them is having to deal with this man for the next 18 years, at least.
