    Can my husband claim on a quitclaim ten years on
    My husband sold his share of our house to me ten years ago I have paperwork that says he has no more claim on this property but because we are getting divorced his so called friend has told to stay here as he can claim on this now is this true

    Can you please restate your question. Its not very clear. Your husband sold the property 10 years ago, but you are getting divorced now? Why would you let someone stay in your house who doesn't belong there?

    I believe that she is telling us that her husband refuses to move.

    In a divorce, both parties are entitled to an equitable division of the marital property, including property which (as in this case) is solely owned by the wife. His friend appears to have advised him not to move until the divorce is concluded. What OP needs to do is file a motion in the divorce court to have him be required to move.
