    Natural progesterone cream during pregnancy.
I recently found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant. Been taking Awakening Woman's Restore Natural Progesterone Cream containing 960mg in a two ounce container half tsp 2x a day. I want to switch over to Emerita Pro-gest Natural Progesterone Cream containing 450mg per ounce in a 2 ounce container. Do I still continue with half a tsp 2x a day or do I take a little more due to the 60mg difference? I would appreciate some much needed advice.

    Hi Yenmin,

Did your doctor or midwife have you on the progesterone for conception and early pregnancy? Are you using it due to low levels? Was the first one prescribed? If this is for helping to sustain the pregnancy early on, it would be best to speak to your doctor or midwife as they may have a preference.
