I took progesterone cream, Femgest, DPO 16-24. I have regular cycles of 27 days. I am on day 30 and tested BFN yesterday. I had a OPK+ on days 13-14, a OPK - on day 15. I have tried to get pregnant since miscarrying in March of 2010. My periods are regular and ovulation too. I have a 13 day luteal phase. With all three of my other kids I got pregnant the first month. I am 37 years old.

Give it a bit more time and see what happens with your period. If after several more days it still doesn't show, try another test.

Do you know your progesterone level without the cream and after using the cream? Did you have a short luteal phase prior to using it?

It can just be a matter of being patient. Being 37, have you seen your doctor for any sort of testing? Is that how it was determined progesterone would be beneficial?

If you haven't had initial testing already, it would be wise to do so. Unfortunately, time is not on your side. It would be a good idea for your partner to have initial testing done as well since you have been trying for over 6 months since the miscarriage.
