    Domain users rights
    I am a ActiveDirectory Admin (Win. Server 2008 R2) and want to give some DomainUsers the Right to Run CMD (Command Prompt) , How it possible ? Thanks a lot of

    This is dealt with in the Group Policy.
    Unless you are specifically removed the ability to use the run command, everyone already can run a command prompt.
