When logging into domain user looses Admin rights to winxp pro rev 3 box
I set up user with admin rights on winxp pro rev3 workstation. If the user logs into the workstation she has full admin rights to station. If she logs into domain she looses her full admin rights to workstation. Where can I go to keep her from losing the admin rights to the workstation when logging into the domain? The server is small bus ed. The problem is one program only works if she has full admin on the workstation.
    Thanks for any help?

Your Domain Controller / Server controls the domain rights.

You have to log into the server with admin right and navigate to Start -> All Programs, Administrative Tools, Active Directory
    Users and computers.

If you do not have active directory installed:
    1) Start - Run "DCPROMO"

Or check out - How to Install Active Directory on Windows Server 2003
