We are rebuilding an old farm house and have a new steel roof. We hate the idea of putting holes in a roof that doesn't leak! Trailer vents are installed inside walls can the vents be put through the wall of the bath rooms rather than through the ceiling and roof?

I am blessed to have 1 full & 2 (1/2) baths. The 1/2 bath on my first floor has a sewage smell coming out of the sink. What's happening and how can I get rid of it. I do not smell it in any other bathroom or my kitchen sinks. The sink drain fine with no problems, just an odor. Help!!
