    child support/custody issues
Basically my fiancés ex wife falsified their divorce decree and lied about the amount of money he was making (she submitted military LES' from when he was deployed over a year before) her fathers law firm represented her and she also wound up pressing false stalking charges on him to prevent him from leaving state to attend the divorce hearing. Three children are involved, the third she pushed back the divorce hearing until it was born as to have his name on the birth certificate as he doubted paternity. She has since told him none of the children are his. She left him with the two oldest children after pressing the charges and left state for the divorce. Then a few weeks later when we had the kids for the first time in weeks and questioned possible sexual abuse, she accused him of raping the girls, the oldest has also had her tooth broken many times. CPS and the military dismissed all investigations against him in that he had proof he hadn't been around the children but other men had. She also accused me of kidnapping them when she got back from the divorce over 9 hrs late (she went off with some other guy and her infant child) When we finally went to court over the stalking she admitted to lying in the divorce decree and that she had lied about the stalking and charges were dismissed. In the meantime she continued to live in military housing for FREE with all utlilites paid for and received 600 a month in support, until she took him for 1500. She took off in June 09 and we haven't heard a word since except for through child support. He was discharged from the military and a month after he quit getting paid/benefits she had a review done and upped child support telling them he had been promoted... we were never notified. We finally were able to hire a lawyer(I myself am a single parent to a special needs child and my child's father is deceased) and I am the only one that works since he has had an awful time finding a job and when he did work was bringing in less than 100 because of child support. They lowered his support a great deal but when he asked about visitation because if we have to pay we feel like we should be able to see them and according the decree he has rights her father/lawyer told our lawyer that he would have to ask if that's something she wanted. Now we randomly are getting pulled into court by child support in our state with a copy of the old decree that was recently given to them even though her state has full jurisdiction,so we filed our own motions to be heard hoping something takes. She repeatedly lies and never gets in trouble. She also has a full time job and a college degree and lives rent free (she also did not tell the court she has her own place) We are hearing now she wants him to sign over rights but from what I am reading he would still have to pay her support. I don't understand the need for a paycheck over a father for the children. We have expressed interest in seeing them but have no contact with her in three years and her lawyer brushed us off. I am at a total loss and I really do fear for these kids but any attempt we have made to make sure they are safe gets shot down. Is there anything we can do??
