    Support/custody issues
    The father of my 4 year old daughter has been missing for a year now.While I am able to support her fully,I would like to know how to go about fileing for sole custody.Also,since he has not supported her,is he respondsible for back support?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's, especially a sticky note. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Is there currently a support order? Why do you think you need sole custody? ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
