    Illegal child support liens
    Can child support legally levy a loan on an account if they were notified that a deliquency is going to incur because of the obligator not receiving full payment by a retirement agency. Who is in the processing of working on paper work. In which case the arreas period in less then 6 months?

    Huh? The most I get from this that a child support agency is trying to levy something. You speak about a delinquency "going" top incur but then talk about 6 months in arrears.

    So you need to repost this with a clearer explanation and also include your location (ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. )
