    How do you apply for child support when the father is illegal?

    The same way you'd apply if the father were legal - you go to the Clerk of the appropriate Court with your info and file.

    There is, of course, the very definite possibility that the father will be deported. In that case (obviously) you will not receive support.

    Did you know he was illegal when you got pregnant?
