    Fill 1040NR or 1040EZ
    Hi,

Myhusband has a visa L1 and I have a visa L2 and an autorization to work, but I don't work because I didn't find anything yet.
I would like to know which Tax form I have to fill.
    Is it 1040NR or 1040EZ ?
Do I fill a form for my husband and one for me, or do I fill only one for both of us ?

Thank you very much for your answer because I saw so many things on internet that I am confused now.

Unless you file jointly and CHOOSE to be treated as resident aliens for all of 2006, your husband must file as a non-resident or dual-status alien.

You have no filing requirement because you have no U.S.-based income for 2006.
