    If a child has been emancipated by the courts, no parent has any control, except of course that which the child may allow

    Of course, it is very difficult for a child to get emancipated. Do you think that will actually happen? But the whole point of emancipation is to confer adult status on the child so they are no longer under the control of a parent.
