    Part-year New York City Resident
I was living in Oswego, New York from January 2011 until September 2011 and earned $20,000 there. In October I moved to New York City and earned $5,000 there. I filled out form IT-201 and IT-360.1 Should I fill out line 47 and line 50 in form IT-201 or just line 50?

You fill in line 50 of IT-201, leave lines 47-49 blank, and attach Form 360.1 to your return. . Per the instructions for IT-201, page 31, lines 47 - 49 are for full year NYC residents only. See: www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/2011/inc/it201i_2011.pdf
