    Safe and effective weight lost
    Sad to say I am a women who is suffering with obesity. I weight 273 pounds I'm healthy thank god but I need to loose weight .This coming July I'm in a wedding.Im basically seeking to loose weight before then. How can I loose weight safely and effective ?

    There are no "secret diets", You must work at changing what you've been doing. The Fat Fighting Foods are fruits, veggies, grains, beans, peas, nuts, seeds, protein. Nutrition poor foods are high in salt and sugar. Great choices are broccoli, sweet potatoes, nuts, chilies. To lose weight you need to create a calorie deficit by reducing your calories, if your eating more calories then your expending you'll never lose weight no matter what food you eat. The normal inake for a women is 2000-2100 calories per day. The most common guideline for calorie deficits for fat loss is too reduce your calories by 500, but not more than 1000 below your normal maintenance level. You need to cut out fast foods, fried foods, salty chips, crackers, cakes, candy. Change from white flour products, to full grain, like wheat bread, rice and pastas. Eat natural low fat, low sugar, low calorie foods in smaller servings, and drinks lots of water, especially before meals, cut out colas and sweetened drinks that contain high fructose corn syrup. Eat lots of veggies, broil or bake you meats, choose lean cuts, of beef, chicken turkey and fish, stay away from processed foods. Use olive oil and conola oils for cooking, and use spreads or cooking sprays to cook with. Take the time to really get familiar with nutritional labels, stick with their advice concerning "1 serving". Limit fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholestrol and sodium. With dairy products use the low fat milk, low sodium low fat cheeses, use salsa for dipping. And the need for exercise is equally important, start running, jogging, biking, walking, aerobics are great, also weights, you need to work the whole body 30-60 minutes per session. The faster we move the more calories we burn, increasing fitness levels increases amount of fat calories burned during most movements. Keep a journal for a couple of days on what you eat, and check your house for foods that are not going to help your attempts, you can do this and you'll feel so much better when you do!;)

    I would suggest that you pickup the book by bill phillips called body for life it really helped me and my aunt lose weight.
