    Roommate eviction
    How can I evict my roommate, she has lived with me for 5 years and she is not on the lease. I have asked giving her 30 days notice numerous times to. She is a Hoarder and I am afraid of her.

    You follow the eviction process applicible to the state you reside, meaning you have her served written notice that has a paper trail of delivery. Give her the minimum required time to leave... and if she doesn't you go to court to have the Sherrifs remove her and her stuff.

    But you have to do it according to the law.
