How do I get Australian birth cert without ID?
I have been a resident in uk since 1993. 10 years ago my wife and I divorced and she threw out all my ID-passport,birth cert,driving license,Home Office letter of entitlement and so on. I have been homeless and living in squats ever since so I didn't need these things but now I do. But I am so far out of the loop that I can only just see it in the distance! I cannot get ID because I have no ID. I cannot open a bank account because I have no proof of address. I cannot claim for social security because I have no proof of my right to remain in the uk.
It's doing my head in! Anybody care to offer some useful tips. Thanks in advance. |
