    Name changes on birth cert
    I was wondering if a person legally changed there last name on a birth certificate is it agasint the law to use there originally last name?

    For what purpose? If its to defraud or decieve then yes it is wrong. But there is no law against it when it remains harmless. So once the legal name change is in effect you are supposed to change it on everything legal you have.
