    What happens to you when you get your first DWI?
    I am currently on probation for 5 years my boyfriend just got his first dwi and we want to move in together I need to know if he's going to be on probation and if so can we still live together

    What are the terms of your probation? IF he gets probation and his PO and your PO OK living together it would likely be approved by them. The fact that you had plans to live together before he got/gets probation will go in your favor. Have you asked your PO?

    It is possible he can be put on probation, "what happens" really depends on the judge.

    If you are both on probation, your probation officers will have to OK you living together.
