    Thermostats not working
    We have two thermostats one on ground floor and one on first floor. First floor is clicking on but ground floor isn't! We have changed the thermostat but it hasn't made any difference. Any ideas as to what it could be?

    Have you checked if that thermostat is getting power?

    Yep, if the stat isn't getting power, you won't here the click.
