Yellow discharges with cramps
Hello, I am currently experiencing yellow discharges from my vagina, it has no odor and I have cramps usually experienced during menstruation. Yesterday, I felt burning when I urinated, I presumed this could be UTI since I am using pantyliner everyday. With this, I increased my fluid intake and later on the burning disappeared. I am sexually active with my new boyfriend who doesn't present any symptoms that could suggest STD. What could this be?
