    Will effervescence on concrete paint?
Hi I had a concrete patio laid a month ago and the contractor added black dye to give the required colour,to say the patio area looks a mess is an understatement.I am no expert but to me insufficient dye was used and is a patchwork quilt of different shades of grays and whites and chalky residue, in some areas after rain, water collects and does not soak away even after a week.the contractor must wear rose tinted glasses as can't see the problem, fobbing me off with loads of technical jargon.any advice please.also a bit confused about if I can apply some form of external black paint successfully to improve matters.been told to use anti slip floor paint, but not sure as internet seems to give all sorts of can do!s and can't do!s and don't do!s use this but not this.totally baffled, please help as just want a nice presentable patio area.thanks.
