    How to I get rid of my acne
    I have a lot I might not be that pretty teenage girl everyone wants but I still want to try to look my best and one thing I can't stand is acne is ugly and it makes me think bad about mee help please!

    Ask your mom to buy zinc gluconate. Take 100 mg. a day for a week. Then take 200 mg. for a week. Then go up to 300 mg. for two weeks.

    At that point, let me know what's happening with your acne.

    Also, Google zinc gluconate and acne to learn about how the zinc helps.

    Yes, it's in the vitamin aisle at any Walgreen's, Walmart, etc. My son used zinc gluconate 22 (22 mg.) and took it three times a day and thereafter as I mentioned earlier.
