Hi , I think this movie is from the 80's. It's about two guys who disappeared in a cave. A search party was sent in the cave to find the missing guys. The search party were attacked by some white humanoid entities. The humanoid beings were very sensible to sound and they used what appeared to be a big spoon to hunt. The search party came across to the humanoid being lair and I think you saw there spaceship. The search party found the bodies of the two person that were missing. I don't remember how he movie ended but all I remember is that the search party sustained heavy loses and at least two of them survived the encounter with the humanoid beings

The U.S. military is running a test for a special type of radio transmitter to be used to communicate with submarines; it is located in a deep system of underground caves in Central America. When the signal from one of the transmitters suddenly disappears, a team of soldiers led by Major Elbert Stevens and cave specialists led by Rupert 'Wolf' Wolfsen, including scientist Leslie Peterson, are sent in to find out what happened.
Exploring deep underground, they stumble upon a tribe of albino cave-dwellers who have apparently been isolated from the rest of the world for thousands of years. The cave-dwellers, who emit rock-shattering shrieks, are able to see in infra-red frequencies. Thus, they can track the explorers by their body heat. However, they are vulnerable to radio frequencies.
