Just make sure you stay clean down there and nothing dirty goes in . Like if you have unprotected sex , make sure his thing is clean . How you know if you have one : there's usually a unplesent odor and its itchy and it burns . If you Google it , it will give you better answers .

My age is 27. There is vaginal discharge in my vagina. It is thick,yellowish and itching. My doctor gave me antiboitic but no change in condition. Problem is worst before period.
About a week ago I noticed a white discharge and I had burning and itching when I went to the bathroom. I thought I might have a bladder infection so I went to a Dr. who said it wasn't a bladder infection and did a swab to check for a yeast infection. In the mean time the burning and itching...
Over the internet I have read about foods that would help getting rid of yeast infection so I wondered if there are more advices we could gather more to cure this infection. ;)
