What can prevent a person from gaining a US K-1 visa?
I am currently engaged to my first cousin who lives in a foreign country. What are the current eligibility requirements for the k-1 visa? What would prevent him from gaining this visa? I also heard that if you're engaged, you have to show proof that you are in a real "love" relationship and not just doing this for immigration purposes.
