    More ignition troubles
I have a 94 civic, turn on the key and no check engine like and no fuel pump. Switched relay with a known working one, nothing. Checked all fuses, nothing. Check sensors for power(tps and map) have power so ecu's fine, also switched ecu with my obd1 teg and still nothing. I ran a jumper wire on the relay plug (5 and 7)and the pump will power up so the wiring to the pump is good. I tested the ignition. Unplugged ig and tested the continuities and all the cont's are what they are sappose to be. Could the ignition switch still be bad? I'm stumped now and very frusturated.

    1. Make sure you test every under-hood and under-dash fuse with a test light or multimeter. Pay particular attention to the Back Up Light Fuse, in the under-hood fuse box.
    2. Thoroughly check out your main relay. Disconnect main relay connector and check for continuity between terminal 2 and ground. Is there continuity? No, repair open between terminal 2 and ECM main ground on thermostat housing. Yes, measure voltage between main relay connector terminal 1 and ground. Is there voltage? No, replace ECM fuse in the under-hood fuse box or repair open in YEL/WHT wire between main relay and the ECM fuse. Yes, turn ignition switch ON and measure voltage between terminal 5 and ground. If there is no voltage, replace ACG (ALT) (S) 15 A fuse in under-dash fuse box or repair open in the BLK/YEL wire between the main relay and the ACG (ALT) (S) 15 A fuse.
    3. Read section EE (new) in the "Sticky:"
