    My ex- is pressing charges because I took back my furniture
    I didn't move all my things out when I moved out of my ex-s house and I went back with my key and got my couch and TV and left the rest. Can charges be filed because I came and got my stuff that my ex had decided after I moved out I couldn't get back

    Where would this be located as in country and state... and how much time had elapsed between you moving out and returning to take your stuff?
