    Pain in lower stomach... not cramps
    I've been having this on and off pain in my lower stomach for like a week and it comes and goes and its not period cramps

    There are so many possibilities, and none of us can give you a valid diagnosis, or treatment, online.

    If you're having continuous pain then you really do need to see your doctor. It could be anything from constipation to your appendix, but we can only guess.
