I am 7 months pregnant every time I move I have a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Is this normal?

Probably... many women will notice a sharp catch when they make a sudden move, especially from sitting to standing. If this is what you are experiencing, it likely is from some stretching of the ligaments that support the uterus. Try changing positions more slowly and see if it makes a difference for you.

Yes it is normal hun, I had exactly the same when I was pregnant and even pulled a muscle in my stomach, it is just your body's way of telling you to take it easy as its harder to move around inside as well as outside when you have a baby in your stomach :-)
