    Tier 2 ICT UK dependent visa for husband
    Hi,

    I want to apply for tier 2 ICT UK dependent visa for my husband who is in india.
    Just want to ask as I can provide all type of my document but from his side I can not provide any work related document.Still can I get visa.

    I have apply earlier also for the same, but it got rejected on the basis of marriage certificate is not transalated by certified translator since I have provided original marriage certificate which in mothe toung and transalated copy which is notarised by advocate.

    Now during my india vacation I have issue a new marriage certificate which is now in english.

    So can you please help me as this time I don't want my husband visa should get rejected due to any other reason... Please reply soon...
