Hello All,

I am holding Student Visa in UK valid up to Mid of 2011 and now would like to switch to Tier-1 dependent Visa.

Recently MY Husband has got his Tier-1 general Visa valid up to 2013 ( still he is in India)

Iam planning to go to India and apply for Dependent Visa
Kindly clarify what are the docs I need to show in VFS India?



From my Side:

1. to fill VAF10 form
2. photographs
3. My Passport

Required docs from my Husband side :
1. show marriage certificate
2. Marriage pics
3. Some evidence to show communication ( phone bills or emails )
4. Maintenance Funds ( 2800 pounds for me and 1600 for my dependent ) TOTAL would be 4400 pounds
5. Husband Tier -1 Visa copy self attested


I have one imp query that - Should I need to submit ( along with above documents) College certificates and any approval letters from my college as currently Iam on Student Visa in UK?
