    Can I sue husband for personal items?
    Stole my jewelry and my deceased moms jewelry plus $600.00.. police said they were not able to do anything since we are still legally married. My witness is our 13 yr old child.

    If the police can't arrest him then your not going to have much for grounds to start a suit againt him. In this situation your money is better spent getting a divorce and getting away from him if he is in unsavable mode.
