Can my personal creditors sue me for my stake in a General Partnership?
Me and five other friends are considering forming a General Partnership for a multimedia production company. We are planning on splitting everything evenly between each other and are planning on getting a business bank account. I personally have five or six accounts that are currently in collections and my question is this: Can my personal creditors come after my 16% or so stake of "ownership" in this General Partnership and sue for money out of the business bank account?

    I live in Ohio.
