I did the same thing. I was raped when I was 11. And I did not tell anyone until I was 20.

It is hard to deal with. But you CAN deal with it. I promise.

You don't have to talk to police, you don't have to talk to anyone you don't want to.

But I strongly urge you, to see a psychologist or therapist. You can talk to them about it, tell them without fear that they would tell anyone else.

How old are you now? Are you an adult? Are you married? If you are married or in a long term relationship, you really do need to speak to your lover about this.

I am sorry you had to deal with this for so long. Please, talk to someone about this.
