    Girl got her period after she rubbed penis?
    Can a girl get pregnant just by rubbing penis on outer vagina without a condom on? And never had intercourse.
    &' she got her period late the same month she did this .

    Any time a penis comes in close contact with a vagina, there is a risk of pregnancy. The risk is minimal in the situation you describe and if you have subsequently gotten a period, its highly unlikely.

    The only fluid needed for pregnancy to occur is semen and if a man has an ejaculation on the outer part of the vagina there is a chance of pregnancy. HOWEVER, the question looses meaning if the girl got her periods whether late or two months afterwards... it meant there was no conception.
