I would take her to a Vet - why are you bottle feeding the litter?

Is the fluid from her nose clear or is it cloudy? Puppies will get a nose discharge that is not exactally bad. She's 2 days old, that means she is still clearing out her lungs from the fetal fluids.

Place her buddy up to your ear, if you hear raspy breathing, take her in. She has a upper respiratory infection and needs medication.

At 2 days, puppies are still not strong nursers. They nurse a little and sleep a lot. They are gathering their strength for when they start opening eyes and such.

Puppies that had mom are also a little bit more difficult to get to nurse from a bottle. You're going to have to move the nipple around in their mouth to stimulate their natural want to nurse. Maybe even milk some of the milk into her mouth and give her a taste. Sometimes they just need extra attention and care.

Always stay in contact with your vet with infant puppies. If she refuses to eat time and time again, you're going to have to go in.
