Confused!
I am an american citizen that met and fell in love with a Haitian national that way here in the states on a student visa. We married and began the process of filing for her citizenship, but due to numerous tragedies in my family the filing fees were never paid.
She may have taken my financial woes as a reluctance to proceed, and has since packed her belongings and left our home to parts unknown. We have been married for 2.5 years, do I file a missing persons report? How will that effect me because she is illegal? |
