    Shower faucet screw is impossible to remove
    My tub faucet drips/pours cold water. The screw is impossible to uncrew.

    The screw is impossible to uncrew.
    These are brass to brass threads and may be corroded, Try loading the screw threads up with WD-40 and try again. If it still won't loosen up you could drill the old screw out and replace with a self tapping screw. Good luck, Tom
