    Summond to court for a past credit card
    I got a paper in the mail last week saying I was summond to courte for a past credit card it is for 1,300 plus courte cost and fees.. I have no way of paying this I am laid if of work right now and only make 200.00 in unemployment every 2 weeks.. I live in Illinois I was just wondering what they will say to me or what will happened when I go there.. Any answers I would gladly appericate... Or what should I say to the judge when I go or the credit card lawyer that will be there.. thank you

    File Notice of Intend to Defend, when you go to court, demand to see the original contract, not a copy the original. THey must have it to proceed.

    No Contract, No CLaim, deny all until they do.
