    Septic smells in bathroom
We have intermittent smells in the bathroom sometimes very strong. How can the smells get through the traps. Can It be if the main vent is blocked?

If you vent is blocked the traps can siphone and become empty allowing sewer gas. Another thing to check is the wax seal under your toilet, it is more likely than a totally plugged vent.
